Become a Kids Programming Instructor at Life Time, creating educational and engaging fitness experiences for children aged 3 months to 11 years. Lead activities that promote fun, learning, and safety.
In this role, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of structured activities that enhance children’s development in a positive workplace. Your interactions with kids, parents, and staff will help build community while you ensure all safety protocols are met. You may also assist in hosting special events and parties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Instruct and engage children in fitness activities
• Ensure children’s safety and well-being during programming
• Document kids' attendance and developmental progress




• Maintain cleanliness and order in the Kids Academy
• Promote participation in Junior programming initiatives
Requirements:
• Less than a high school diploma or GED required
• First Aid and CPR/AED certification needed within 60 days
• 6+ months of relevant teaching experience preferred
• Solid customer service and communication skills
• Completion of Kids On-Demand learnings required
