Focused on early-stage client success, you'll support the Commercial Operations Center of Excellence. Your role includes conducting onboarding activities, managing client relationships, and overseeing deal execution. You will act as a subject matter expert, ensuring that all client data is accurate and that processes run smoothly. Your interpersonal skills will be essential in leading orientation meetings and addressing client issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide clients through post-sale onboarding processes
• Conduct accurate onboarding activities for current clients
• Collaborate effectively with sales and service departments
• Oversee multiple implementation projects
• Provide recommendations based on client feedback
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English
• 3–5 years in business or client operations
