CARTE International Inc is looking for a dedicated Maintenance CMMS Specialist to enhance the maintenance team. The successful candidate will handle Maintenance Change Requests (MCR) and Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) for facility assets. You will play a critical role in ensuring accurate master data and driving optimal asset reliability and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer the CMMS program (MaintainX) and related databases
• Monitor completion rates of work orders and Mean Time To Response (MTTR)




• Analyze cost and labor trends within maintenance operations
• Track KPIs and metrics for effective maintenance oversight
• Engage in root cause analysis for continuous improvement
Requirements:
• Technical post-secondary diploma or relevant experience
• Minimum five years in a manufacturing workplace
• Robust Maintenance and Reliability knowledge
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
