Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain customer service standards through equipment repair • Provide positive relations by managing customer inquiries • Co-ordinate service contracts and ensure timely completion • Train current installers and report training progress • Assist with equipment repairs and assembly
Requirements: • Must have a Grade 12 education • Clean Drivers Abstract is mandatory • Basic computer skills preferred • Previous equipment service experience desirable • Mechanically adept and safety-oriented
