Key Responsibilities:



• Assess and address patients' holistic healthcare needs • Develop and modify care plans based on patient evaluations • Document findings and patient interactions accurately • Facilitate group sessions for patient education • Lead nursing interventions during critical situations

Requirements: • Valid RN and RPN registration in British Columbia • At least two years of psychiatric nursing in an acute setting • Solid communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to collaborate effectively within teams • Capacity to physically manage nursing responsibilities
