This position entails managing the complete FreshStart fulfillment process, from approved applications to customer handoffs. You will coordinate with Volkswagen dealers, support dealer onboarding, maintain customer engagement, and ensure vehicle preparation is up to standard. Solid customer service and operational skills are critical in this 15-month contract to enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide customers through vehicle selection and delivery processes
• Curate VIN options based on customer profiles and availability




• Train and support participating dealers throughout the pilot
• Track vehicle status and ensure reconditioning standards are met
• Develop process documentation and support customer inquiry channels
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• 3+ years of experience in automotive finance or logistics
• Solid communication and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with DMS systems and auction operations preferred
• Bilingual English/French capability is an asset
