We are looking for a seasoned Dispatcher/Planner to join our asset-based transportation firm. With a minimum of 3 years' experience in dispatch or transportation planning, you will be skilled in using the TMW Transportation Management System. This role emphasizes balancing customer demands, Hours of Service compliance, and operational efficiency through effective scheduling and route optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and dispatch drivers to maximize fleet utilization
• Create effective daily schedules enhancing service delivery
• Monitor shipments, managing delays and route adjustments




• Coordinate drivers’ schedules, pickups, and deliveries
• Maintain communication to provide drivers with load updates
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in dispatch or transportation planning
• Hands-on experience with TMW Transportation Management System
• Comprehensive understanding of truckload operations
• Knowledge of Canadian and U.S. transportation regulations
