Responsibilities As a Service Technician, you will install, maintain, service, and repair overhead door systems for industrial, commercial, and residential customers.

Responsibilities Include

Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair overhead doors and related equipment.

Service and install commercial loading docks, dock levellers and dock seals.

Perform preventative maintenance on overhead door systems.

Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and recommend appropriate solutions.

Safely operate company vehicles and use tools and equipment at customer sites.

Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.

Provide qualified and courteous customer service.

Complete service reports and communicate effectively with the office and customers.

Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications





Valid Ontario G driver's licence with a clean driving record.

Access to a reliable vehicle to travel to job sites throughout the Greater Toronto Area.

Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check.

Experience in the overhead door industry is considered a robust asset; however, comprehensive training will be provided to the right candidate.

Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools.

Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lift heavy materials and work safely at heights.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
