Insight Global is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to support the configuration, development, and enhancement of an enterprise ServiceNow setting. This individual will be responsible for hands-on development across core ServiceNow modules, including CMDB, Discovery, Security Operations, integrations, workflows, and custom application development. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in ServiceNow scripting, platform configuration, and API integrations, with experience supporting enterprise-scale implementations and operational environments. This role will work closely with architects, administrators, and business stakeholders to develop scalable solutions, execute technical requirements, and support ongoing platform improvements. The successful candidate will bring strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices, CMDB data management, and Security Operations workflows. This role is onsite in Ottawa and requires an active Secret Clearance.

Must Haves:
5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
Robust experience developing Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Flow Designer workflows
Experience configuring and supporting ServiceNow
Discovery, MID Servers, and credential management




Experience building and supporting REST and SOAP integrations
Experience with Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE) and CMDB implementations
Experience configuring and supporting ServiceNow
Security Operations capabilities
Experience performing unit testing, troubleshooting, and platform enhancements

Plusses:
Experience with Vulnerability Response and Incident
Response modules
Experience integrating vulnerability scanners, SIEM platforms, or other cybersecurity tools into ServiceNow
Experience building CMDB dashboards, reporting, and data quality metrics
Experience working on enterprise-scale CMDB and
Discovery implementations
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-CMDB, CIS-SecOps, or related certifications)
Experience working within government or highly regulated environments requiring security clearances

The pay range for this role is quite broad, between $60/hour and $90/hour.
