This permanent role requires compassionate care delivery to patients at Eriksdale Hospital. The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide clinical direction, support teamwork, and align with our mission and values. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents and clients
• Direct and oversee the work of Health Care Aides and Unit Clerks
• Maintain ethical standards and comply with nursing protocols
• Identify and address biases in care for marginalized communities
• Support initiatives fostering cultural competency in healthcare
Requirements:
• Active practicing licensure with CLPNM or eligibility
• Minimum one year of clinical experience in Acute Care
• Current Basic Life Support certification
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages is an asset
• Valid Manitoba driver's license
