This two-year program is designed for recent graduates with a degree in life or pharmaceutical sciences. Participants will collaborate with global drug development teams to learn about the pharmaceutical product lifecycle, from clinical trials to market launch. Gain critical regulatory insights, enhance scientific writing skills, and support the introduction of novel therapies worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver projects with mentor support in regulatory affairs
• Seek knowledge on drug development and regulatory roles
• Understand and apply business processes for regulatory deliverables
• Communicate actively within regulatory and cross-functional teams
• Improve prioritization and time management skills while in office
Requirements:
• Degree in life or pharmaceutical sciences
• Maximum one year of relevant pharmaceutical experience
• Basic understanding of drug development
• Demonstrates a learning mentality and seeks feedback
• Fosters collaboration and community within the team
