About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be the senior finance leader for North America, with a focus on overseeing all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, and compliance activities. This role is pivotal in leading the financial transformation of the organization, particularly in the wake of a recent acquisition. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small finance team, strengthening financial controls, and enhancing reporting capabilities. Key tasks include managing financial reporting under IFRS, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning, as well as supporting ERP optimization and continuous process improvements. The CFO will also be a key business partner to the executive team, contributing to strategic decision-making,



and will be expected to have a hands-on approach, with the ability to operate both strategically and in day-to-day execution.

To be considered for this position, candidates must have a CPA designation, strong knowledge of IFRS, and experience in project-based environments such as engineering, manufacturing, construction, infrastructure, or industrial services. Proven leadership experience, the ability to coach and mentor teams, and excellent communication skills in both French and English are essential. The role requires experience in managing multi-entity operations and working with international stakeholders. Experience with ERP systems and process improvement initiatives is a strong asset. The CFO will play a critical role in the company's growth and transformation, and the position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the future of the business.
