About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their senior leadership team. The CFO will be a strategic partner, providing executive financial leadership to ensure the organization's long-term financial sustainability while upholding a strong commitment to high-quality, person- and family-centered care. This role is pivotal in a large, complex, multi-site continuing care organization, and the successful candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, planning, governance, and risk management. Key responsibilities include leading the financial services team, guiding budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and requirements.





The ideal CFO for the company will have a senior-level financial leadership background in complex, multi-partner organizations, with a preference for experience in publicly funded, regulated, or mission-driven environments. They should be adept at financial planning and analysis, audit and compliance, and have a proven track record of supporting major capital projects. A collaborative, values-driven leader with a robust focus on innovation, the candidate should be comfortable with technology and AI, and demonstrate a commitment to the values of accountability, social justice, and continuous improvement. Experience in the healthcare sector or related environments is considered an asset, and the candidate should be prepared to work within a dynamic, public funding, and regulatory landscape.
