As an Employer Services Consultant, you will work full-time or part time, providing expert advice to employers on recruitment and retention strategies. Your role includes relationship-building and helping clients navigate workforce challenges while promoting inclusive hiring practices. This position offers the opportunity to connect employers with necessary community resources and support.

Key Responsibilities:



• Build relationships to understand employer workforce needs • Consult on recruitment and retention strategies • Guide inclusive and accessible recruitment practices • Deliver workshops and employer learning prospects • Connect employers with relevant resources and programs

Requirements: • Diploma in HR, Business, or related field • Minimum three years in workforce development or similar • Experience with employer engagement and solutions • Robust communication and facilitation skills • Valid Class 5 driver’s license and vehicle access
