We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor with 1 to 2 years of experience to oversee daily operations. You will train staff, minimize hazards, prepare reports, and coordinate work activities. Your leadership will drive improvements in productivity and product quality in a rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: • Train staff on safety and job duties • Prepare production reports and recommend improvements • Minimize hazards at all production stages • Supervise and schedule workforce activities • Order materials and equipment as needed

Requirements: • 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience • College/CEGEP education or equivalent experience • Robust communication skills, both written and oral • Ability to handle heavy loads • Self-motivated and reliable
