Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware, providing timely support, and liaising with various teams to resolve issues efficiently. You will also visit customer sites to address service needs and train staff as required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support mechanical and electromechanical product inquiries
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues for clients




• Use CRM system to track customer support inquiries
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams
• Analyze product return requests for validity
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma
• Experience in architectural industry or relevant field
• French bilingual skills viewed positively
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Valid driving record for travel
