In this temporary full time role, you will report to the Integrated Director of Laboratory Services. Your core responsibilities will include maintaining and improving the quality management system and providing leadership in Point of Care Testing. Ideal candidates will possess a robust background in quality assurance and laboratory standards to ensure optimal patient care while fostering teamwork and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and maintain the quality management system
• Identify and prevent deviations in laboratory procedures
• Report on quality system performance and improvement needs




• Conduct audits and prepare quality management reports
• Assist in the development of quality policies and procedures
Requirements:
• Graduate of recognized Medical Laboratory Technologist program
• Current registration with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario
• Minimum two years' experience in Quality Management and POCT
• Robust interpersonal and organizational skills
• Demonstrated leadership ability in clinical settings
