As a full time Clinical Practice Leader in Pharmacy Services, you will supervise clinical pharmacists, coordinate patient-specific pharmaceutical care, and develop educational programs that reflect best practices. This leadership role emphasizes teamwork, quality assurance, and the promotion of protected medication administration standards, positioning you to drive impactful changes in patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate all clinical pharmacy activities

Requirements:
• Entry level Doctor of Pharmacy degree needed
