As a Field Dispatch Representative, you'll execute transportation equipment dispatch in alignment with the Linehaul plan. Your role includes monitoring arrival schedules, maximizing trailer loads, and ensuring package delivery obligations are met. You'll interact with TMS systems, verify equipment status, and uphold safety initiatives throughout your workday.

Key Responsibilities:



• Execute dispatch of transportation equipment according to Linehaul guidelines • Enter dispatch events into TMS to ensure timely deliveries • Conduct yard inventories to verify equipment location • Investigate and report any schedule delays or accidents • Compile data and create reports for management review

Requirements: • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s preferred • Dispatch experience preferred for candidates • Bilingual in French and English for Quebec candidates • Valid driver’s license classified for driving responsibilities • Ability to work Sunday to Thursday, 4:00 AM to 10:00 AM
