Lead the Early Psychosis Intervention program as a Full time Interim Program Manager at CMHA Toronto. Oversee operations, team dynamics, and community partnerships to ensure quality service delivery.
The Interim Program Manager coordinates day-to-day activities of the Early Psychosis Intervention program. This role requires effective leadership, teamwork, and compliance with organizational policies while focusing on client-centered care. You'll supervise staff, lead improvement initiatives, and maintain vital partnerships to support youth encountering first-episode psychosis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate operational and clinical functions of the program
• Supervise staff performance, recruitment, and career development




• Foster key partnerships with community and health stakeholders
• Prepare program reports and facilitate clinical meetings
• Lead program development and evaluation initiatives
Requirements:
• Degree in health or social services
• Minimum 5 years in clinical case management
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience
• Knowledge of Early Intervention care approaches
