Key Responsibilities:
• Guide governance practices for the Board and committees
• Engage in corporate reorganization and legal compliance projects




• Prepare agendas, minutes, and documentation for meetings

Requirements:
• Law degree (LLB) accredited
• Quebec Bar member or equivalent required
• 7+ years of relevant legal experience
