This position reports to the Director of Industry Impact & Development. You will provide consultative health and safety services, coordinate workshops, and analyze safety data for industry clients. Your mission is to reduce workplace injuries and improve health and safety management systems through collaboration and informed guidance.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead in office safety consultations for client safety programs • Coordinate and deliver health and safety workshops regionally • Analyze Workers' Compensation Board claims data for trends • Conduct assessments and suggest improvements for safety systems • Promote industry best practices for a robust safety culture

Requirements: • Post-secondary education in Occupational Health & Safety • CRSP designation or safety certification required • Minimum five years of program management experience • Robust knowledge of safety legislation and return-to-work programs • Exceptional analytical and communication skills
