Key Responsibilities:



• Offer individual and group support to families • Conduct family needs assessments and develop tailored plans • Raise awareness of mental health resources to families • Facilitate healthy relationships and personal advocacy • Oversee a caseload with thorough assessments and documentation

Requirements: • Relevant personal experience with mental health/addiction • Degree or diploma in a relevant field • At least 2 years' experience in mental health settings • Registration with a regulatory college in Ontario • Robust interpersonal skills and crisis intervention abilities
