What you’ll do
Partner with the PIC to plan, brief, and execute all phases of flight to the highest safety standards.
Operate the aircraft in full compliance with company SOPs and applicable CARs 604/704 regulations.Manage performance calculations, weight and balance, and flight deck setup including FMS/avionics configuration.
Provide a polished, discreet passenger experience, anticipating needs and solving challenges proactively.
Support domestic and international trip logistics, documentation, customs/immigration coordination, and ground services.
Champion safety through disciplined checklist use, threat and error management, and proactive safety reporting.

Total time: 2,000 hours
PIC time: 500 hours
Jet time: 100 hours
Licences: IATRA, IR, ME — Accepted licences: FAA or TCCA
Right to work: Ability to work in Canada (no visa sponsorship available)
Travel: Ability to travel outside Canada
Training Type rating is not required; successful candidates will receive company‑provided aircraft and operations training for the Citation Sovereign and CARs 604/704 operations.
