What You'll Do

Lead with a balance of heart and strategy, developing a high-performing team, delivering coaching, and fostering a positive culture.

Own hospital operations including payroll, inventory, policy compliance (CVO/Controlled Substances), and vendor relationships.

Collaborate with the Managing DVM to support staffing needs, from hiring and onboarding, to performance management and team building.





Ensure an exceptional client experience, resolving issues with compassion, professionalism and focused on solutions.

Use your problem-solving and planning skills to manage costs, optimize revenue, and support long-term success.

Lead through ambiguity with confidence, courage, and clarity, knowing when to adapt, when to push forward, and how to keep the team aligned through change
