In this full time role at GardaWorld, you'll engage in the development of future security experts through Advanced Security Training (AST) and Use of Force Training (UoF). You'll travel across the Lower Mainland, facilitating engaging classroom instruction and hands-on training. This position offers an exciting prospect to shape the professionalism and confidence of frontline teams in one of Canada’s largest private security firms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging Advanced Security Training and Use of Force Training
• Facilitate scenario-based training exercises for skill development




• Travel to conduct in-person training sessions as needed
• Evaluate performance through written and practical assessments
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation
Requirements:
• Certified AST Instructor designation or eligible for certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in security or public safety
• Robust presentation and facilitation skills required
• Valid BC Security Worker Licence and Class 5 Driver's Licence
• Clean criminal background and ability to work legally in Canada
