In this role, you'll be responsible for orchestrating all testing processes related to the Identity Governance program. This involves developing comprehensive test strategies, validating identity administration workflows, and collaborating with various departments including Cybersecurity and application owners. Your leadership will ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities: • Create and manage the overall test strategy and documentation • Facilitate comprehensive testing cycles,



including SIT and UAT • Validate access provisioning and identity lifecycle management • Monitor and report on testing progress against objectives • Manage stakeholder communication and quality assessments

Requirements: • 8+ years of testing experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role • Hands-on familiarity with IAM tools like SailPoint and Workday • Experience conducting audits and working in compliant environments • Solid skills in Azure DevOps for testing management • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
