In this part time role, you will assess patients and develop treatment plans under the direction of the Patient Care Manager. Key Responsibilities:



• Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans • Actively participate in patient care meetings • Document all aspects of patient care accurately • Engage in program development and educational activities • Travel between Lakeridge Health campuses as required

Requirements: • Licensed physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario • Minimum 2 years of clinical acute care experience • Rostered for administering inhaled substances or commitment required • Experience with geriatric population assessment • Current CPR certification
