Position Summary

The Department of Medical Physics and the Radiation Medicine Program at the Princess Margaret (PM) Cancer Centre are seeking Medical Physicists to fill permanent full‑time positions. The successful candidates will join a team of 30 Medical Physicists, participate in clinical activities, and contribute to innovative research, educational activities and clinical development projects. The position will be filled at either the Medical Physicist or Senior Medical Physicist level based on qualifications, experience and accomplishments.

Qualifications
The successful candidates hold a PhD degree in Medical Physics or a related field, are CCPM eligible and have experience in advanced imaging,



treatment planning and delivery technologies in external beam radiation therapy and/or brachytherapy.
The candidates are motivated self‑starters who desire to make a difference, team players with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, eager to foster and develop leadership skills, and keen on participating in or leading clinical development and research.
The individual has sustained academic productivity as evidenced by publications, grants, book chapters and committee activity in professional and scientific societies (COMP, AAPM, ASTRO, ESTRO, etc).
