We are looking for an experienced Cloud Platform Systems Engineer to support and maintain enterprise applications in a cloud workplace. The ideal candidate will have experience with cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes/OpenShift, production support, automation, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).

Key Responsibilities
Support and manage enterprise applications on AWS or IBM Cloud.
Deploy and maintain applications using Kubernetes and OpenShift.
Work with Istio for service mesh and traffic management.
Manage production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and improve system reliability.
Build automation using Shell/Python scripting and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Monitor applications using tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, ELK, or Geneos.
Troubleshoot REST APIs, messaging systems (Kafka, IBM MQ,



Tibco EMS), and databases.

Required Skills
Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure or cloud platforms.
Experience with AWS or IBM Cloud.
Robust knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Istio.
Experience with Unix/Linux, Shell scripting/Python Scripting
Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, ELK, or Geneos.
Understanding security concepts including SSO, LDAP/AD, TLS/SSL, and MFA.
Robust troubleshooting and communication skills.
Exposure to Generative AI/LLMs or AI-driven automation is a big plus.
