As a key member of our Employee & Family Assistance Program (EFAP), you will engage in team-oriented efforts to deliver high-quality mental health services. Your role will encompass delivering confidential counselling, creating treatment plans, and managing cases. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver confidential counselling and clinical services • Establish treatment plans and document case progress • Develop individual service plans with client input • Manage case assignments under periodic supervision • Participate in evening and/or Saturday shifts
Requirements: • Master's in Counselling, Psychology, or related field • Valid registration with the appropriate governing body • Minimum 3 years of counseling experience • Brief solution-oriented counselling skills • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
