About the job: Heavy Equipment Technician

Our client, a large international mining firm, is looking for several Heavy-Duty Mechanics to join their team at one of their mines in Northern Ontario. This is a camp-based role with a 14 days in, 14 days out rotation.

Qualifications:

- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all in office mobile equipment.
- Experience with CAT, Komatsu, and Epiroc equipment is an asset.
- Self-starter, well-organized, knowledgeable in preventative maintenance.

Must Have:

- Journeyperson Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanic with experience in heavy mining or construction equipment.
- Ability to work in a shop or service truck environment.
- Proficiency in verbal and written English.
