Lead fundraising efforts for the Alberta Aviation Museum as the Fund Development & Donor Relations Director. Drive donor engagement and cultivate meaningful relationships in this full time role.
Reporting to the Executive Director, your main focus will be to execute fundraising strategies, nurture relationships with donors, and oversee grant activities. With a minimum of 3-5 years in fundraising or donor relations, you will design fundraising campaigns and engage sponsors while aligning with the Museum's mission. Your strategic thinking and communication skills will ensure effective outreach to community partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop annual and multi-year fundraising strategies
• Manage grant applications and ensure compliance




• Cultivate relationships with donors at all levels
• Prepare compelling funding proposals and reports
• Coordinate fundraising campaigns and donor events
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Fundraising, Business, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in fundraising or related role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in donor management systems
• Attention to detail with organizational skills
