• Collaborate in planning and creating tailored recreation programs
• Assess and evaluate the involvement and interests of residents
• Maintain supplies and prepare program areas for activities

• Address residents' personal care needs with sensitivity
Requirements:
• Proficient in English for communication
• High energy and creativity in engaging residents
• Organizational skills to work independently
• Previous experience in leisure services is beneficial
