Experience Requirements Total IT Experience: 10 years Relevant Experience: 8 years Critical Needs Minimum 5 years of development experience on the Salesforce platform Minimum 3 years of experience leading enterprise Salesforce implementations with over 300 users Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications such as Oracle, SAP, etc. At least 1 complex data migration (ETL) experience Experience with global delivery model Experience with Salesforce integration tools (e.g., Informatica Cloud) Participation in all phases of Salesforce lifecycle: Requirements gathering Planning, analysis, design Support Demonstrated ability in:



Design and prototyping Testing and training Implementing business solutions Lead and own all technical aspects of Salesforce implementations and customizations Manage: Data migrations System integrations Third-party applications and AppExchange products Visualforce Apex Java AJAX Provide technical leadership and define best practices including: Integration Deployment Testing Identify opportunities to improve business processes using Salesforce Define, communicate, and manage release/change management processes Handle CI/CD and release management activities Identify technical risks and issues Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand: Business objectives Requirements Current and future state processes Pain points Conduct: Workshops Interviews Requirement gathering and refinement sessions Propose Salesforce out-of-the-box solutions and recommend custom solutions when required Present solutions to Salesforce design authority for approval
