As an Accounts Receivable Specialist with over five years of experience, you will manage the entire billing cycle, ensuring accuracy from progress billings to collections. Collaborate closely with the Controller and project managers, providing essential analyses that directly influence decision-making. Your role includes performing detailed job reconciliations and contributing to financial reporting that is utilized by management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full billing cycle, including holdbacks and invoicing
• Monitor collections and aging schedules for cash flow




• Perform job and GL reconciliations monthly
• Conduct AR reporting and metrics analysis for management
• Collaborate on cash-receipt forecasting and analysis
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of progressive AR experience
• Knowledge of construction-related billing practices
• Experience with construction ERP systems, QuickBooks Enterprise a plus
• Advanced Excel proficiency required
• Robust communication skills and deadline-oriented mindset
