Lead a variety of events at Innovation Factory in Hamilton or Burlington, Ontario. This role focuses on strategy, execution, and engagement to elevate community presence.

As Events Manager, you will oversee all aspects of events including pitch competitions, workshops, and partner gatherings. In collaboration with the Marketing Manager, ensure each event tells a compelling story while meeting organizational goals. You will report to the VP of Operations and manage a team dedicated to successful event execution.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop annual events strategy for Innovation Factory • Lead end-to-end execution of numerous events • Set and track KPIs including attendance and engagement • Manage event logistics such as venues and vendors • Continuously improve the event playbook

Requirements: • 4+ years of event management experience • Proven team leadership and project management skills • Budget management experience • Solid verbal and written communication skills • Familiarity with the Canadian innovation ecosystem
