Key Responsibilities:



• Review prior leak/work history before inspections • Inspect various roofing systems for condition assessments • Provide pricing estimates for needed maintenance or repairs • Update existing drawings accurately for the Draftsperson • Generate detailed roof sketches for uninspected locations

Requirements: • Minimum 10 years of flat roofing experience • Deep knowledge of all flat roof systems • Robust organizational and time management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
