As a pivotal member of the Resale team, youll report to the Senior Manager and ensure the accuracy of monthly billing, manage national reporting and data governance, and respond to customer escalations. This position requires solid analytical skills combined with advanced knowledge of SQL, PowerBI, and Excel to track KPI metrics and support operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:



• Generate and issue invoices for external customers • Lead reporting for operational and regulatory requirements • Manage budgetary and forecasting processes • Coordinate with cross-functional billing partners effectively • Develop and deliver technical training material for customers
