In this role, reporting to the Assessment & Building Manager, you will leverage your skills to support documentation, testing, and user inquiries within the Assessment & Building Business Centre. Your municipal experience and problem-solving capabilities will be pivotal in this community-focused position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide user support for Building & Assessment electronic permits
• Identify and analyze workflow challenges




• Document business requirements for applications and services
• Support testing and implementation of system enhancements
• Develop resources to ensure effective system usage
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience required
• Municipal experience is an added advantage
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, including MS Project
• Solid analytical and verbal skills
• Excellent multitasking and customer service orientation
