In this role, you’ll collaborate with the Director of Health and Wellness to facilitate a seamless care experience for residents. You will be responsible for care plan evaluations, medication supervision, and family education, utilizing your robust critical thinking and communication skills effectively. This position requires a proactive approach to nursing in a supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities:



• Ensure ongoing updates to residents’ care documentation • Facilitate resident/family education about care plans • Coordinate care assignment for timely service delivery • Supervise nursing students and oversee their assignments • Respond to and manage resident concerns and emergencies

Requirements: • Registered Nurse license in applicable Province/State • Experience in long-term care and with senior populations • Robust care coordination and time management skills • Demonstrated clinical knowledge and ability to supervise • Current VPS Screening (within 6 months)
