Lead the Manufacturing Engineering function at Pangeo’s recent aluminum plant in Vaughan, Ontario. This hands-on leadership role focuses on process planning, improvement, and efficiency.

As Engineering Manager, you will oversee current product process planning and carry full accountability for performance during the start-up phase. Your expertise in tooling, fixtures, and process support will be vital in driving cost, quality, and safety across operations. Leading and developing the team while coordinating across disciplines will be key to achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:



• Plan new-product process routes and tooling design • Provide technical support for current launches and production • Drive process improvement and capacity enhancement initiatives • Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards • Mentor engineering talent and coordinate cross-functional efforts

Requirements: • 3+ years of technical management in manufacturing • Degree in Mechanical or Casting Engineering • Hands-on experience with die casting process • Familiarity with IATF 16949 standards • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CAD software
