Key Responsibilities: • Partner with Plant leadership on the Prestige Performance System • Facilitate the development of the Factory Operational Master Plan • Lead CI projects in manufacturing,

Requirements: • 7+ years’ experience in Continuous Improvement • Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification required • Project management expertise in a LEAN workplace • Solid knowledge of end-to-end product supply • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
