Role Overview

You will serve as a Technical Application Specialist supporting Epicor’s LumberTrack/BisTrack ERP software, Android mobile apps, and Data Cubes, located in Vernon, BC. Your role includes diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical and application‑related software issues for our customers. Responsibilities

Monitor the support queue and investigate, document, and resolve or escalates support cases. Manage and follow up on assigned support cases, providing timely updates to customers by phone and email. Escalate P1 and urgent issues to the Support Manager. Provide functional application training to customers on Epicor products. Troubleshoot and recreate software issues reported by customers, logging tasks for software development as required. Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a similar technical support or application specialist role. Post‑secondary education in a related discipline or equivalent industry experience. Experience with ERP business processes such as inventory management, production processing, and purchasing management. Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and presentation skills.



Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with a customer service focus. Proficiency with MS Office, Remote Desktop connections, VPNs, and SQL (scripting, data fixing, stored procedures). Knowledge of Microsoft SQL, Crystal Reports, and/or SRS Reports. Ability to multi‑task, manage time effectively, and work well under pressure individually and in a team setting. Benefits
