Reporting to the General Supervisor of Compliance, Learning and Innovation, you will leverage critical thinking and strategy development to advise leadership and collaborate across teams. Your responsibilities include overseeing budget management, document tracking, and driving operational commitments to achieve training and recruitment goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Safety Codes Officer Rotation Management Project
• Maintain complex section registries and records
• Facilitate cooperative meetings and manage documentation




• Provide administrative guidance for the clerical network
• Track recruitment requests and manage position allocations
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent certificate program
• 5 years of diversified office experience
• 2 years supervising a clerical support unit
• Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office
• Solid organizational and communication skills
