THE POSITION
Responsible for servicing highly complex and unique portfolios
Account base in manufacturing and services
Maintain solid relationships with internal stakeholders
Be the “go-to” subject matter expert along with coaching and mentoring
MUST HAVES
10+ years of underwriting experience in property and casualty
Completed or pursuing your CIP &/or FCIP designations
Negotiation and sales experience
Relationship builder both internally and externally
Cooperative, team-first mindset
Sound knowledge and understanding of underwriting discipline and philosophy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
