Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in onboarding and training research staff
• Support operational activities for ongoing research projects
• Monitor performance indicators and quality initiatives




• Help manage budgets and prepare financial reports
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures as needed
Requirements:
• Honors Bachelor’s Degree in Health Administration or related
• 2 years of research project management experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bilingualism in French/English is an asset
