Join IBM Consulting’s agile team supporting a major client in the Chemical & Petroleum sector. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations systems to ensure smooth business operations and data integrity.
Responsibilities
Support and maintain D365 Finance & Operations modules
Perform administrative tasks and system configurations
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across GL, AP, AR, and reporting
Collaborate with end users and IT teams to correct data and system errors
Recommend process and system improvements to prevent recurring issues
Document resolutions and maintain support logs
Ensure system integrations function effectively for retail operations
Participate in testing and validation of fixes and enhancements
Provide technical input for enterprise structure configurations
Monitor system performance and suggest optimizations
Assist with reporting and analytics setup
Follow compliance and data governance standards

Ability to work independently and remotely
Familiarity with administrative-level D365 tasks
