This full time position requires a passionate Early Years Quality Advisor to enhance educational standards. You will collaborate with Operations leadership teams and Nursery Managers to secure robust Ofsted ratings and implement effective training. The role involves regular travel within the region, allowing for direct impact in shaping early childhood experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Champion outstanding EYFS compliance and quality in nurseries
• Deliver quality improvement processes and support action planning




• Collaborate with leadership to ensure sustainable development
• Assist Nursery Managers in creating high-caliber curriculums
• Analyze data for early risk intervention and quality enhancement
Requirements:
• Level 3 childcare qualification or higher
• Solid knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted frameworks
• Proven field-based advisory experience
• Track record of achieving outstanding Ofsted outcomes
• Willingness to travel regionally for site visits
