Occupational Therapists (OTs) - Full-Time & Part-Time

Pay: $65-$70 per hour

Ridgeway Post Acute is seeking compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join our rehabilitation team. We are currently hiring for full-time and part-time opportunities and offer a supportive environment where clinicians can make a meaningful impact on residents' lives every day.

Responsibilities
Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide occupational therapy services to help patients regain independence and improve quality of life
Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapy team members, residents, and families
Maintain compliance with all regulatory and facility requirements





Qualifications
Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in California
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred, but not required
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for patient-centered care
